A couple who won their family home in a raffle for just £2 is raffling it off again for £2.
Claire Reynolds, 35, and Ben Binks, 36, have been living in a four-bedroom detached new-build in Wakefield, for the past two years.
They now want to move to Spain for a warmer climate to help their four-year-old son's brittle bones.
The whole house is freshly decorated, with a large back garden, garage and driveway big enough for two cars. The master bedroom has its own en-suite.
The winnings also include Claire and Ben's seven-seater Range Rover Sport and Kawasaki Ninja Superbike.
The couple has four children, aged 17, 14, four, and four months.
Claire said: "We've sorted all the estate agent and legal fees and things like that so all anybody has to do is buy a ticket.
"We won the house in a similar raffle two years ago and have been living in it since. But my second youngest, who is four, has a health condition.
"He has brittle bones, so we want to move to Spain as the warmer climate will be so much better for him.
"It will mean so much to us to be able to do that for him - this could make our dreams come true of starting a new life."
The raffle is managed by the competition's platform Raffall, which ensures ticket revenue remains blocked until winners confirm receipt of their prizes.
Claire and Ben won the house in a raffle for just £2 two years ago when the previous owner wanted to move to Australia.
The raffle is open until September 30 as Claire estimates they have already sold, 1,100 tickets.
In 2020, Claire and Ben Binks decided to go all in for the house and bought £100 worth of tickets.
They won and moved into the 270,000 property, which is less than 15 minutes from their current place.
The organiser of the raffle, Dale Tate, had decided to put the house up for grabs having failed to find a buyer.
He was overjoyed with having sold 400,000 tickets and for who won the top prize.
He said at the time: "The family is the most deserving family. We met them yesterday and they have been through some pretty hard times as two of their boys have got health issues and we really couldn't have asked for a nicer family for this to happen to.
"They live on a council estate and don't own their own home so this really is just a fairytale ending.
"It could have been anybody but it was a family who live in Tingley which was just complete pot luck as we had zero influence.
"We had messages from people in America, Canada, Australia and the draw was done fairly and they are deserving winners."
