Keeping the kids entertained over the summer months can be tricky at times.

CBeebies Prom: Ocean Adventure - Waterfront Hall, June 18
Performed by the Ulster Orchestra, this promises to be a fun-filled CBeebies musical ocean adventure for all the family.
CBeebies friends JoJo & Gran Gran are on board with a Gran Gran plan, and Andy has his Safari sub at the ready.
Join the crew to search for endangered creatures, find out fascinating facts, and collect sounds and pictures for your very own musical ocean scrapbook.
A magical multi-media event featuring CBeebies theme tunes, orchestral treats, live action film and animation with few surprises along the way. Tickets are limited for this show, so you will need to be quick.
The Tiger Who Came To Tea - Waterfront Hall, July 3-4
The book by author Judith Kerr has been a firm family favourite for generations and now has been adapted for the stage by David Wood. It returns to the Waterfront this summer and is sure to go down a treat with young ones.
The Olivier Award nominated smash hit show is back on tour so enjoy the action as the doorbell rings just as Sophie and her mummy are sitting down to tea.
Join the tea-guzzling tiger in this delightful family show; packed with oodles of magic, sing-a-long songs and clumsy chaos.
Dinosaur World Live - Waterfront Hall, July 20-21
This interactive Jurassic show is recommended for ages three and up so grab your compass and join the intrepid explorer across uncharted territories to discover a pre-historic world of astonishing (and remarkably life-like) dinosaurs.
You will meet a host of impressive creatures, including every child's favourite flesh-eating giant, the Tyrannosaurus Rex, a Triceratops, Giraffatitan, Microraptor and Segnosaurus!
Tickets were selling fast so you will need to be quick.
Demon Dentist - Grand Opera House, July 26-29
This terrific tale, from the West End producers of David Walliams’ Gangsta Granny and Billionaire Boy, is recommended for those aged five and up. Join Alfie and Gabz on this adventure, as they investigate the strange events happening in their home town. Children are leaving their teeth for the tooth fairy and waking up to find odd things under their pillows! Alfie and Gabz are determined to get to the bottom of the mystery
In The Night Garden Live - Waterfront Hall, August 9-10
Igglepiggle, Upsy Daisy, MakkaPakka and friends are back in their fun-filled live show, Igglepiggle’s Busy Day! Now in its 14th year, In the Night Garden Live is one of the UK’s favourite family events. Over 1.1 million people have seen it so far.
Join Igglepiggle as he looks for his friends in the Night Garden by following their funny sounds until he finds them all! You’ll see all your favourite characters beautifully brought to life with full-size costumes, magical puppets, and enchanting music. This show lasts just under an hour.
