Family 'shaken' after strangers break into home and steal car

A family were left "shaken" after strangers broke into their home and stole a car.

Cheshire Police were called to reports of an incident at a home on Millner Street in Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port, at around 12.30am on Wednesday, April 19. Once officers arrived at the scene they found that an unknown number of strangers forced entry into the address.

One inside police say the suspects searched the home and stole the occupants’ car keys before proceeding to steal a car – a grey Ford S-MAX Zetec. Enquiries into the incident currently remain ongoing and, as part of the investigation, officers are appealing to members of the public for any information, CCTV or dashcam footage which may be useful to get in touch.
