The terrified family of a missing toddler has begged for his safe return after the child was by the babysitter.
Brandon Rozier Jr, 2, had been staying at his great aunt's house in Cincinnati, Ohio, US, when he was snatched by another guest 22-year-old Lucy Bullock, local police have said.
The child, who his mum has described as "a charming two-year-old" and "a fire cracker", has been missing since early Thursday morning.
The suspect, who police say has an extensive criminal record, is 5ft 3ins, 135lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
His heartbroken mum, Arnisha Crumpley, said: "He is my lifeline. My heart."
She continued: "I just want him to come home. I really don't care about the truck or anything. I just want him to be safe. If anyone sees him please just return him. Please."
An amber alert has been issued for the missing boy.
He was last seen at around 5am Thursday being taken by the suspect, who is driving a 2009 Black Saturn SUV with an Ohio license plate.
She was wearing all black when left with the child.
His great-aunt, Tawana Crawford, says the toddler was asleep in bed but she went to the bathroom and when she got back the baby was gone.
The suspect is a friend of Ms Crawford’s and had been staying with her.
She said: “If I hadn’t let [Lucy] stay here, he would still be here."
The suspect and the missing baby were seen on the neighbour's doorbell camera leaving Ms Crawford's home.
Bullock and Rozier Jr. were seen on a neighbour’s Ring doorbell camera leaving the address.
Police weren't called until 10.30am to report the baby missing and the alert on the suspect wasn't issued immediately as the family didn't know her last name.
Once her chequered past was revealed they determined the child might be in danger so an Amber Alert was issued.
Anyone with information of the whereabouts of Bullock and Rozier Jr. are being urged to call North College Hill Police at 513-521-7171 or 911.
