The family of a Scots woman who has been missing since Friday are 'extremely concerned' that she hasn't been in touch.
Leona Strachan, aged 30, was last seen at the Greggs in Rivergate Shopping Centre in Irvine on the afternoon of Friday, February 25.
Police Scotland added that they are also becoming increasingly concerned as it is out of character for Leona not to be in contact.
The force said that extensive enquiries have been carried out throughout the local area in an effort to trance her whereabouts.
The 30-year-old was last seen wearing a blue scarf, blue jacket, navy jeans, black trainers and carrying a black handbag.
However, it is not known whether she is still wearing the same clothes.
Sergeant Claire Duffy of Irvine Police Station said: "This is a distressing time for Leona's family, including her children, who are extremely concerned that she has not been in contact with them.
"We are also becoming increasingly concerned as this is completely out of character.
"Extensive searches and enquiries have been carried out throughout the local area in an effort to trace Leona.
"Think back, have you noticed anyone matching her description?
"If you have, or have any information which could assist with our enquiries, please contact the police."
