UPDATE 1/12/22: MR ALI HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE AND WELL
The family of a missing man who suffers from dementia are becoming 'increasingly concerned' following his disappearance. Amjad Ali, 72, was reported missing on Wednesday (November 30).
Greater Manchester Police issued an urgent appeal to find Amjad, who was last seen at around 9.30am leaving his home address in the Crumpsall area of north Manchester.
Police said that his family are becoming 'increasingly concerned' and want to make sure he is well. The 72-year-old also suffers from dementia.

He is described as an Asian male, around 6ft 2in and of a slim build. He was wearing a grey hooded jacket, a cream coloured shalwar kameez, a wool hat and potentially carrying a shopping bag. He also has white hair and a beard.
Sharing the appeal online, Greater Manchester Police posted: "Can you help police find a missing elderly male from Crumpsall? Amjad Ali, 72, was last seen around 9:30am leaving his home address in Crumpsall.
"He is described as an Asian male, 6ft 2 inches, slim build. He was wearing a grey hooded jacket, cream coloured shalwar kameez, a wool hat and potentially carrying a shopping bag. He has white hair and a beard.
"Police and his family are becoming increasingly concerned about Amjad and want to make sure he is safe and well as he suffers from dementia."
