Family concern grows for missing Scots woman who vanished overnight as police search launched

Police are appealing for help to find a woman who vanished from Arbroath overnight.

Victoria Barclay was last seen in the Grant Road area of the town at around 5.30pm on Wednesday, November 21.

The 39-year-old, who has links to Dundee, is described as being 5ft 4in, of a slim build, with a fair complexion and currently has dark hair.

She was wearing a green quilted jacket, black Under Armour leggings and black and white Converse trainers while also carrying a green bag.

Inspector Mahboob Ahmad from Carnoustie Police Station said : “We, along with Victoria’s family, are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.

“We would appeal to anyone who knows where she is to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting 2243 of Thursday, 22 December, 2022.”
