The Lancaster County election commissioner clarified that the video actually depicts a young voter returning his own ballot for the first Presidential Election, dismissing claims of any wrongdoing.
Upon reviewing surveillance footage to identify the voter, the matter was escalated to the Lincoln Police Department due to threats made against the young man on social media.
