Now that the NFL has loosened its restrictions on jersey numbers, Falcons linebacker Lorenzo Carter will be the first player on the team to wear the No. 0. Carter gave up the No. 9 he wore last season to quarterback Desmond Ridder on Tuesday. Ridder previously wore the No. 9 during his college career at Cincinnati.
