Falcons Twitter reacts to Arthur Smith’s likely return in 2024

The Atlanta Falcons are one of the more patient franchises in the NFL, and that patience may allow head coach Arthur Smith to keep his job for another season.

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler is reporting that the Falcons are unlikely to fire Smith unless the team completely falls apart down the stretch:

It seems like a job could open in this division, depending on how things play out. The sense I get after asking around is that Arthur Smith is safe in Atlanta, barring a late-season collapse. — Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

Falcons fans on Twitter had plenty to say about Fowler’s report, with many rooting for chaos over the final four games of the season.
