Falcons rank 23rd on NFLPA team report card

In an effort to help players make informed decisions during the 2023 free agency period, the NFLPA has put together report cards for every team.

Players were asked to rate their current teams in eight individual categories, ranging from weight room to food service. The Falcons were ranked 23rd out of 32 NFL teams. Here’s an excerpt from Atlanta’s report card:

The Atlanta Falcons are ranked 23rd in our team guide. Many player respondents expressed a consistent complaint about not having enough room in multiple parts of their facility as they go through their workday.

On the bright side, the players had positive experiences with team travel and still have faith in owner Arthur Blank.

Despite some of these issues, our survey shows that respondents do have faith in club owner Arthur Blank, as 100% of the responses indicated that they believe he is willing to invest in upgrades to improve the facilities.
