Prior to his three-year stint as head coach in Miami, Flores worked under Bill Belichick in New England for over a decade as a safeties coach, linebackers coach and defensive assistant.

The Falcons have also interviewed veteran defensive coach Vic Fangio and Panthers interim defensive coordinator Al Holcomb. Packers passing game coordinator Jerry Gray is also believed to be in the mix.
