Falcons defensive lineman Zach Harrison was ruled out of Sunday’s contest against the Denver Broncos in the fourth quarter with a knee injury.
This marked the third injury of the game for an Atlanta team that came into the contest already banged up. Before Harrison went down, cornerback Kevin King was ruled out with a head injury early on and wide receiver Darnell Mooney was listed as questionable late in the second half with a hamstring injury.
Harrison, who was considered a potential breakout candidate ahead of the season, came into this game with 11 combined tackles, two of which were solo. He totaled one solo tackle and one assist before he was sidelined Sunday.
The Falcons will drop their second consecutive game at the end of this one, trailing 38-6 in the final two minutes of the fourth quarter.
