Homeowners had a lucky escape this morning after a large tree fell just metres from house and cars in Fairview.
Dublin Fire Brigade were called to the scene to assess the area before safely removing the tree.
The tree can be seen blocking front doors in the area although luckily there was no serious damage done.
A car was also in close proximity to the large tree but avoided any harm.
DFB tweeted: “This morning firefighters were called to reports of a tree down on Fairview Stand.
“The tree had fallen in close proximity to homes and vehicles.
“The scene was made safe before the removal of the tree.”
