The Fairleigh Dickinson Knights will face the Merrimack Warriors in the 2023 NEC Tournament championship game on Tuesday night.
The Knights, who are the second seed in the tournament, earned their place in the final by defeating St. Francis 70-50 in the semifinals on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Warriors are unable to compete in either the NCAA or NIT Tournaments due to their ongoing reclassification process from Division II to Division I. They advanced to the Final after knocking off Sacred Heart 71-60 in the semifinals.
