Anyone visiting a hospital, care home or GP practice across Forth Valley will still be required to wear a face covering.
That's despite the rules being relaxed for the likes of public transport and hospitality from Easter Monday, April 18.
Nicola Sturgeon announced yesterday that all remaining coronavirus rules would be dropped.
However, health bosses at NHS Forth Valley are keen top stress that does not include places like Forth Valley Royal Hospital or it's community hospital hubs.
A Scottish Government spokesperson said: "As face coverings guidance in wider public settings in Scotland gradually stands down, certain settings remain where the extended use of facemasks and/or face coverings will still be necessary.
"In settings such as hospitals, primary care and within wider community care, the wearing and the extended use of FRSM will still be required for healthcare workers, patients and patient visitors.
"This is due to these settings hosting more clinically vulnerable individuals, for whom COVID-19 infection still poses a greater risk."
