The Premier League have all but officially confirmed Fabio Vieira's move to Arsenal after they profiled the midfielder on their official website.
FC Porto confirmed that Arsenal had reached an agreement for the transfer of Vieira on a permanent deal on Friday, in a move that will be worth a total of £34 million which includes a potential of £5 million in bonuses. A statement from the Portuguese club translated to: “Deal complete for the amount of €40m, and of these, €5m are dependent on the achievement of sports objectives."
Once officially unveiled by the English club, the midfielder will be Arsenal's second signing of the 2022 summer transfer window following the acquisition of Marquinhos who has penned a four-year deal at the Emirates.

That announcement is expected to come very soon, especially after the Premier League dropped a major hint that a deal has already gone through. That's because they've already produced a player profile for the the Portuguese star, which is customary for any player on a club's official books.
It essentially means that we're now just waiting for Arsenal to release images of the 22-year-old sporting his new colours, as well as a video of his first interview as a Gunner.
Vieira will then likely feature in pre-season where his aim will be to develop chemistry with surrounding teammates and understand the requirements of the system in place so that he's ready when Premier League action resumes.
