Lisandro Martinez becomes Arsenal 'priority'
News broke on Friday night that the Gunners are set to prioritise a move for Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez following the completion of Fabio Vieira's move to the Emirates Stadium from Porto.
Martinez is the top defensive target for Arsenal this summer, as reported by The Athletic, with Mikel Arteta keen to add more versatility and quality to his squad.
The Gunners have had an initial bid of £25million rejected by the Eredivisie champions but will return with an improved offer for the 24-year-old, who can play at centre-back, left back and defensive midfield.

Fabio Vieira deal finalised
FC Porto confirmed the departure of Fabio Vieira to Arsenal for a fee that could rise up to £34 million if certain bonuses are achieved.
Porto have released a statement, which translates: “Deal complete for the amount of €40m, and of these, €5m are dependent on the achievement of sports objectives”.

Gabriel Jesus gives Gunners green light
Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus has reportedly given Arsenal the green light over a potential move to the Emirates Stadium.
Yesterday news broke out that Arsenal made a fresh new bid in their pursuit of the Brazilian international, albeit still short of the City's £50million valuation and there is strong belief that a deal can be finalised, with recent reports suggesting that this could happen soon.
Initially, it seemed that Jesus was prioritising teams that are competing in the Champions League but no team is yet to provide a similar offer to Arsenal.
