Fabio Carvalho says he never had any doubt about moving to Liverpool once their interest became clear back in January.
And the teenager has revealed how Jurgen Klopp has already helped him settle on Merseyside as he prepares for day one of pre-season at the AXA Centre on Monday.
Liverpool had initially hoped to bring Carvalho to the club at the end of the January transfer window but were unable to get the transfer from Fulham over the line before the deadline.

A deal was quickly struck with the then Championship side once the window had closed, however, and the Portugal Under-21 international joins the Reds for a fee that could rise to around £7.5million.
Carvalho, who will wear the No.28 shirt at Anfield this term, was a key member of the Fulham side that won the Championship under Marco Silva last season and the youngster says he cannot wait to get started at Anfield.
He told Liverpoolfc.com : “It’s just an amazing feeling to be here at one of the biggest clubs in the world, if not the biggest. So, I’m just happy to be here and I can’t wait to get started.
“Once you hear that Liverpool are interested, there’s only one thought in your mind, which is to join them and try to be in and around the team. Hopefully I can achieve big things.
“I spoke with everyone, and the manager, and it just felt so natural. When things become natural it’s just so much easier to make a decision.
"Marco Silva, the way he plays football and made us play football, is more like attacking football and getting goals, which is similar to how Liverpool play, which is to score goals and dominate games.
“That’s what I’m here to do, to be able to help the team with my assists, creativity and goals. I’m looking forward to it.”
