Netflix is to broadcast its first live sport event, in which Formula One drivers take on each other and pro golfers round eight holes in Las Vegas.
Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly, Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz will all swap their F1 machinery for golf clubs as they take part in the Netflix Cup competition. The event will tie in with the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix over November 16-18.
They will tee off alongside Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas. One pro golfer will partner with one driver and they will score as a pair.
Wynn Golf Club at Wynn Las Vegas, sin city’s only 18-hole course, is hosting the action.

The Netflix Cup will be shown live on November 14, the first time the streaming service has broadcast a live sporting event. Netflix already broadcasts Drive to Survive, an F1 documentary, and its golf equivalent Full Swing.
Sadly for petrolheads, the roles will not reverse and the golfers will not be subject to racing 50 laps around the Las Vegas Strip Circuit.
Gabe Spitzer of Netflix said: “We love to see how our sports series have brought increased fandom to sports leagues and competitions all over the world. The Netflix Cup will take that energy to the next level with global stars from two popular hits competing in our first-ever live sports event.”
The Las Vegas Grand Prix is new for 2023 and its inclusion on the calendar means there are three US dates for the first time in decades.
The Formula One driver's title has already been won by Max Verstappen and his Red Bull team has won the constructor's title.
The 2023 season concludes on November 26 at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and the PGA Tour on November 19.
