AN "extremely popular" cafe has gone up for sale after closing down.
Cafe Dougalli in Glasgow has been put on the market after a "change in personal circumstances" led to the venue shutting in March 2024.
It opened in November 2021 and built up a "loyal and regular clientele".
Now the business is being sold for an asking price of £25,000.
Business agents Smith and Clough said the sale is a great opportunity for the brand to enjoy new life, or for a new owner to rebrand.
They said: "Our client took over the premises which had previously traded as Kitchenetta, in November 2021, before undergoing a refurbishment and rebranding as Café Dougalli.
"The business proved extremely popular and quickly built up a loyal and regular clientele, predominantly from the local area, as well as benefiting from passing traffic and footfall.
"The subjects also benefit from the nearby shops and businesses, and surrounding amenities including a number of nearby schools including Notre Dame and Hyndland Secondary School.
"Due to a change in personal circumstances the business has been closed since March 2024 but it is felt the sale represents a tremendous opportunity for a new owner-operator to take on these well-fitted premises and either re-establish Café Dougalli or simply rebrand the business with very little [capital expenditure] required."
