Bolton Wanderers chairman Sharon Brittan believes fans have shown an 'extraordinary' show of support and that 'something special' is happening at the club after season ticket sales passed the 10,000 mark.
Tickets went on sale recently at the start of February at a special early bird price for supporters to sign up for the 2022/23 season.
And recently the 10,000 mark was passed as Wanderers struck the five figure mark for season tickets at the University of Bolton Stadium.

It means Wanderers have almost reached the 10,500 figure from last summer for season tickets sales for this campaign, which has since been added to with half-season offers.
And with still a couple of days to go until the early bird ticket offers expire, Brittan has hailed the Wanderers supporters for backing the initiative and buying their season tickets as she believes something special is happening at the club.
She said: “This extraordinary show of support confirms once again that we really do have the best and most loyal fans here at Bolton Wanderers.
“We hoped the reduced Early Bird prices would go some way to repay the incredible commitment our fans have always shown the club and we are excited to see the offer embraced in such a way. I'd like to thank each and every one of you.
“There are still two days left until the Early Bird window closes and I would encourage all those who are yet to renew, or who are contemplating purchasing for the first time, to be part of this incredible journey we’re on and get your season ticket online or direct from the Ticket Office.
"Something very special is happening here at the University of Bolton Stadium and we want the whole BWFC Family with us.”
