Michael Owen said: "Our growth in a few short years has been incredible, leading to us training and stabling 145 quality horses today.
"It’s an exciting time for us. To move forward successfully and achieve our long-term vision, we wanted to work with a team which shares the same values as we do. We’re also keen to support local businesses as Covid has been such a challenge for us all."
Robin Gill, partner and corporate lawyer at HM Legal, added: "It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Manor House Stables and Michael these last few years.
"My colleagues at HM Legal respect the bold plans Michael, Hugo and the whole team at the stables have, and we are proud to be part of their ongoing success.
"Their leading facility is producing winners, which I am sure will attract more leading racers and their owners to Cheshire.
"We sometimes say that we too have a stable of thoroughbred lawyers at HM Legal who deliver a best-in-class service.
"We’re proud that recent client feedback has resulted in us being awarded Investor in Customers Gold for the fourth consecutive year.
"We’re looking forward to being part of the evolution of the stables, growth of the team and the facility as a whole."
