Steve Wynn, the billionaire co-founder and former CEO of Wynn Resorts, officially listed his Las Vegas home in Country Club Hills for $24.5 million.
The Wynn Estate is located in Country Club Hills, a prestigious, guard-gated community, just 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, which Wynn himself played a pivotal role in expanding and reviving. The home is more like your very own private hotel than it is a single-family home, which Wynn spent the last three years perfecting.
“Steve has created some of the most beautiful properties in the world, so this house is super unique because it’s like a bespoke boutique Wynn Hotel,” says Kristen Routh-Silberman, an agent with Corcoran Global Living and the exclusive listing agent of The Wynn Estate. “The ambience is sensational, and the grounds are magnificent. In 2018 he resigned as chairman and CEO of Wynn Resorts after sexual misconduct allegations surfaced.
