Tell me if you’ve heard this before: a former Tennessee Titans players has signed with the Atlanta Falcons, the team announced on Monday.
Border is just the latest former Titan to change his address to Georgia since former offensive coordinator Arthur Smith left Nashville to take the job in Atlanta.
Borders had multiple stints with the Titans from 2020-2021, appearing in 17 games (five starts). He tallied 27 tackles (one for loss), one interception and seven passes defensed in that span.
The Duke product had a few good moments but ultimately wasn’t able to stick for the long haul.
After being cut by the Arizona Cardinals during training camp prior last year, Borders latched on with the Chicago Bears, where he played in just one game.
