A former Rangers kitman has reportedly landed a new role on Steve Clarke's Scotland staff.
Jim McAlister is said to be joining the Scottish FA as Scotland's lead kitman.
The Scottish Sun reports that he will formally take up his new job in April.
However, they state the former Morton, Hamilton, Dundee and Blackpool midfielder will be on the plane to Greece for this month's Nations League play-off tie.
McAlister has previous experience working in the backroom staff at Rangers and Al-Ettifaq.
He joined the Ibrox club while Steven Gerrard was still in charge. The Liverpool legend later recruited him to Saudi Arabia.

McAlister was promoted to lead kitman at Rangers following the sad passing of Jimmy Bell in 2022.
However, things at the Scottish Premiership giants ended on a sour note when he was dismissed from the position in 2023.
He took the club to an employment tribunal and was awarded £13,000 upon his successful hearing.
