Former Rangers academy product Kal Naismith has been linked with a move to Aberdeen.
Motherwell midfielder Andy Halliday dropped a major hint on last night's edition of Clyde Superscoreboard that a 'good friend' of his was potentially on his way to Pittodrie.
Now, Not The Old Firm has reported that man is Naismith.
The Scottish defender currently plays for Bristol City, however, has only featured six times this season. He hasn't been involved in the first team picture since November.
It's claimed that Jimmy Thelin is keen to sign the 32-year-old on a loan until the end of the season.
His contract at Ashton Gate expires at the end of the season.
It's said that any move depends on Naismith's preferences, with the Pittodrie club pushing to make a deal happen.

Naismith can fill in at either centre-back or full-back, and would help bolster Thelin's backline options.
Aberdeen have been busy so far in the January window having secured the signings of Kristers Tobers, Alfie Dorrington, Alexander Jensen and Jeppe Okkels.
The Dons travel to Glasgow tomorrow evening to play Philippe Clement's side at Ibrox.
