Former New England Patriots defensive end Chandler Jones posted a video of himself singing a song dedicated to his former coach, Bill Belichick, who officially parted ways with the Patriots after 24 seasons.
Jones was drafted by Belichick out of Syracuse at No. 21 overall in 2012, which was the same year the Patriots took Dont’a Hightower out of Alabama. It was a double lottery pick for the Patriots with both Jones and Hightower emerging into immediate impact players on defense.
Jones didn’t stick around as long as Hightower, but he did help the Patriots organization win its fourth Super Bowl. On Thursday, he hopped on social media to pay homage to his former coach in a unique way.

The Patriots will now turn the page without their legendary coach with the first task being hiring a new coach and general manager, which are two things the team hasn’t had in a very long time.
