Ex Love Island finalist Gabby Allen shows off ripped body in tiny white bikini

Love Island star Gabby Allen shows off her ripped body in a white bikini in her latest Instagram vid.

The fitness trainer, who made it to the final 2017 Love Island final, flexed her toned toned arms in the tiny swimsuit and adjusted her bikini straps in the short video clip, as she went makeup free with her blonde hair in a bun.

In the post, Gabby encouraged her followers to take part her January fitness challenge.

She wrote in the caption: "Half of the battle is finding an exercise/workout type you enjoy. The other half is nutrition and what the hell to do with it. I will give you both!"

She warned she could be a "horrible crazy b****h when it comes to formatting my sessions but it's all for your own good."

Gabby entered the Love Island villa as a bombshell and coupled up with former Blazin' Squad member Marcel Somerville, with the couple coming forth in the competition, and Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay winning.

Gabby and Marcel seemed like one of the strongest pairs in the villa and they lasted for nine months, but they broke up after Marcel allegedly cheated on her.

While it may seem that the last season of Love Island has just finished, the 2023 winter season is just around the corner.

The winter version of the series will be kickstarting on Monday, January 16 in South Africa.

Steering the mechanical bull that is Love Island this year will be Maya Jama, who is taking the reins from former host Laura Whitmore, who quit in 2022.

This will only be the second series of the winter version after ITV2 was forced to cancel the show due to air in 2021 due to Covid.

The series will air for eight weeks and will reportedly end on March 13.

2023's Winter Love Island will feature the biggest villa of the entire series and is located in a secluded and protected area in the Franschhoek wine valley.

According to reports, work is underway at the luxury eco-retreat as ITV2 gears up for the new season next year.

With gorgeous mountain viewers and peace and quiet in the secluded area, the new contestants will be safer than ever.

The gigantic villa generates its own electricity, water and has numerous food sources, making it the perfect eco-friendly TV destination.

Maya took over hosting duties from Laura after the former host quit last year.

Taking to Instagram in August 2022 to make her announcement, Laura revealed: "There are certain elements of the show I’ve found very difficult that cannot be changed some due to the format, including the flying back and forth to South Africa along with my new conflicting projects.

"I wish it was still possible but know you’ll be in safe hands. I was only planning to fill in for Caroline for a series and it turned into 3 series."

Laura finished her post: "I hope I did you proud Caroline."
