Former Liverpool goalkeeper Kamil Grabara seemed to take a swipe at FC Copenhagen team-mate Mat Ryan after his mistake led to Australia's exit at the World Cup.
Australia were beaten 2-1 by Argentina after goals from Lionel Messi and Julian Alvarez sealed a quarter-final showdown against Virgil van Dijk 's Netherlands side.
There was little ex-Brighton and Arsenal keeper Ryan could do about Messi's brilliant opener. But it was his poor touch that led to Manchester City striker Alvarez doubling Argentina's advantage.

In August Ryan signed a two-year deal with FC Copenhagen, the Danish champions, where Grabara is seen as the number one, following his move from Liverpool in the summer of 2021.
The pair have endured a poor relationship. Grabara was injured at the time of the Australian's arrival in the Danish capital and did not return to the starting line-up until October, at which point he said: "I can only repeat what I have already said – I just have to state that there is a reason why we are in ninth place in the Superliga and that the goals have poured in. It speaks for itself."
“I don’t see any competition for the goalkeeper position,” Grabara added, while saying he and Ryan are ‘not friends’.
And that much was made clear on Saturday after Ryan's error helped Argentina to victory in the World Cup in Qatar.
Grabara, who spent five years at Liverpool without making a senior appearance, took to Twitter to seemingly have his say on what his 30-year-old club-mate had done.
“Must have been politics, for sure,” tweeted the 23-year-old with a smirking emoji, seeming to insinuate that the Ryan lost his spot for Copenhagen.
Foxsports.com.au asked Ryan about Grabara's. He said: “I’m not surprised with you to be honest but, yeah, his opinion doesn’t really concern me.”
Ryan was defended by his manager and team-mates with defender Kye Rowles saying: "Maty has saved our bacon more times than I can think. And he did it after [the mistake] as well, making multiple saves that kept us in the game so we could keep fighting.”
Grabara is in the Poland squad that is getting ready to take on France in their own last-16 match later today.
