Sarah Jayne Dunn has showed off her incredible figure as she got to grips with a pole as part of the new hobby she is 'obsessed' with. The former Hollyoaks star took to Instagram with a series of snaps showing her donning a leopard print bra and high waisted pants as she wrapped herself around the pole, pulling a series of moves.
She flashed a smile to the camera as she displayed her enviable strength as she clung on to the pole with both hands and one leg while her other tanned pin floated in the air. Sarah, 40, was also seen dangling upside down with only her legs stopping her from dropping to the floor.
Posting on Instagram, the former Channel 4 soap actress said: "I’ve found my favourite new hobby! I’ve been wanting to start pole classes for a long time, I’ve had a go at it at a couple of hen dos over the years but never found a class close enough to home, until about 3 weeks ago and I am OBSESSED!"

She went on: "It’s fun, challenging, rewarding, it looks awesome, you move your body into shapes you’ve never imagined, you get bruises in the strangest of places, you get dizzy a lot, the other women are all bloomin lovely and so inspiring!"
And she has clearly been won over by the exercise classes as she continued: "I would get on the pole every day if I could, i’m currently looking at where I can get one in the house! Such a beautiful way to move your body, be free with your feminine and learn a new skill.
I am still very much a beginner on the journey but I can’t wait to progress and see my own personal journey with it.
Sarah then asked: "Who’s tried pole before?" before clarifying her post wasn't an ad and that she was just thrilled to have found a new hobby. She even shared a video of herself strutting her stuff and showing off her rock-hard abs and toned muscles in the same outfit but with added towering black heels as she delved into a routine with her teacher.
And her followers were clearly impressed. @amy_stancill commented: "Hell yeah!! you look amazing," alongside a string of fire emojis. @amor_style_life said: "You look unreal!!! I want to do this." @bootybandfitness wrote: "Your body looks so strong and toned You're amazing."

Sarah's athletic display comes after she received she has only felt more comfortable in her own skin since turning 40. Sarah, who exited Hollyoaks following a row over joining the subscription site OnlyFans, said she suffered complications during her son Stanley's birth but that it ended up being a 'pivotal' moment for her and her self-confidence.
"Having Stanley was a pivotal moment. I feel more confident and sexier than ever before, almost superhuman. I feel like a woman who can do anything, I've worked hard for my body to feel strong and that's where my confidence comes from.'
Earlier this year mum-of-one Sarah, from Leigh, teamed up with model Rhian Sugden to create an X-rated podcast Hot and Bothered that discusses 'sex, fetishes and roleplay.' Rhian, who is married to former Coronation Street star Oliver Mellor, reached out to Sarah following the controversy as the actress had to leave the Channel Four soap after joining OnlyFans.
Sarah, who was one of the long-running soap's biggest stars, was unable to 'reach a resolution' with bosses over her decision to join OnlyFans. Sarah Jayne, who played Mandy Richardson in the Channel Four soap on and off since 1996, left in November.
A Hollyoaks spokeswoman said that as a 'youth-facing drama with many young viewers' the soap does not allow any Hollyoaks cast members 'to be active on certain 18+ websites.' They said the show had hoped she could remain in the role as mum Mandy but they 'respected' her choice to stay on OnlyFans.
