Ex- EastEnders star Michael Greco, famed for playing Beppe di Marco, has joked he looks like Harry Hill after losing his hair left him unrecognisable.
It's been 22 years since the former Walford sleazebag Beppe and his husky voice left Albert Square behind and the star looks very different to the last time we saw him.
Michael played the role of Beppe Di Marco in the BBC soap until 2002 and became one of TV's most in-demand hunks.
The now 49-year-old then went on to star in Casualty in 2017 as a handsome policeman, but has now taken to Instagram and shocked fans with his changing looks.
The actor showed off his ageing features as he joked he looks like comedian Harry Hill while patting his thinning hair and flaunting his handsome looks in a video to fans.
He said: "Oh my god! I look like Harry Hill!"
His trademark goatee that caused dedicated fans to swoon in the past has now transformed into a well maintained beard, and his once-brunette locks are a thing of the past.
After leaving Albert Square back in 2002, the heartthrob actor was voted the sexiest male soap star ever by Radio Times.
Michael first joined EastEnders back in 1998 but was axed by executive producer John Yorke in 2002 as he set to "revamp the show" with his final scene airing on 4 June later that year.
While taking a break from acting, Michael then threw himself into a tough exercise regime after he ditched the UK for Los Angeles over a decade ago.
During an appearance on Loose Women in 2016, the ex soap star sent hearts fluttering when he talked about his new ripped physique.
The star is now officially back in the UK and looking for new ventures. Fans on social media have commented on the star's transformed look.
One questioned: "OMG is that Beppe from Eastenders?"
While another one commented on a ten year challenge snap when he shared two images side-by-side alongside the caption: "This is my 10 year Challenge. It doesn’t matter how we have changed our appearance and how we look on the outside."
He continued: "It’s far more important how we have changed on the inside. Be kind. Smile and be happy.
"Life is beautiful and life is precious. Stay healthy and love your friends and family with all your heart."
The fan praised: "You look exactly the same!! Wicked!!"
