Despite earning a league-best 15-2 record, the Kansas City Chiefs remain one of the NFL’s most heavily scrutinized teams ahead of their divisional-round playoff matchup against the Houston Texans on Saturday.
Pundits across the sports media landscape have expressed their concerns about the defending Super Bowl champions after a relatively underwhelming season from quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid’s offense.
One former Chief, however, remains confident that Mahomes’ will be able to take care of business in the playoffs, and that Reid has the ability to lead Kansas City to the league’s first-ever Super Bowl three-peat.
On Wednesday, former Chiefs running back LeSean McCoy appeared on FS1’s ‘The Facility’ to address doubts about the Chiefs and push back on retired linebacker Emmanuel Acho’s skepticism.

Though McCoy was only with Kansas City during the twilight years of his career, he wasn’t shy in waxing poetic about Mahomes’ ability to dominate in the playoffs.
