Patrick Vieira has demanded MORE from Odsonne Edouard and insists he can be a big player for Crystal Palace.
The former Celtic striker has hit just three English Premier League goals this campaign in 22 outings with just five goals in total across all competitions. His total tally doesn't make for much better reading with 11 strikes in 55 games compared to the 87 goals and 38 assists in just 179 appearances he picked up during his spell at Parkhead.
His dip in form has meant he's had to settled for a place on the bench of late but club boss and Arsenal hero Vieira knows there is so much more to come from the hitman - who made the move to the Eagles back in 2021 for a fee reported to be in the region of £15million.

Palace boss Vieira hopes being left out of late has HURT him and it means he will take his frustrations out on the pitch in a positive way when called upon.
He said: "I hope he’s getting frustrated. I want more from Edouard – he can be a really important player for us.
"I want more from him. I hope that not starting the last couple of games hurts him and he shows more.”
Palace are currently 12th in the league standings with a six point cushion and a game less played over Everton who occupy the final relegation spot at this stage.
Edouard and Co are on the road to face Aston Villa later today and they can move to within one point of the team directly above them with victory at Villa Park.
