Calls for Ange Postecoglou to be relieved from his duties continue to ramp up with Tottenham Hotspur losing their 12th game of the English Premier League season on Sunday.
But regardless of the anger from the terraces and media analysts alike, it is being claimed that the former Celtic manager still has the “full backing” of the Spurs board.
That's according to Sky Sports, who state that chairman Daniel Levy will show patience with Postecoglou despite their position languishing closer to the relegation zone than the European places.
Spurs remain in all three cup competitions and have experienced an unprecedented injury crisis.

Postecoglou knows that their league form is unacceptable but will likely be given more time to turn things around. While, hoping to become the first Spurs boss to win silverware since they lifted the Carling Cup under Juande Ramos in February 2008.
The next few weeks are pivotal for Tottenham’s season. With key defensive options like Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero potentially returning soon, Spurs could secure a Europa League last-16 spot, reach the Carabao Cup final, and advance past Aston Villa in the FA Cup - offering hope for a positive end to the 2024-25 campaign.
However, setbacks could loom and define Postecoglou’s tenure in north London.
A loss to Hoffenheim on Thursday could drop them out of the Europa League’s top eight, adding extra matches to their schedule. Plus, defeats to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup second leg or to Villa in the FA Cup could leave Spurs facing a challenging road through to May.
