Former Aberdeen and Hamilton Accies midfielder Lewis Ferguson has joined an elite group of Scottish footballers who have scored four goals in a single Serie A season.
Ferguson, 23, who is from Quarter, near Hamilton, achieved the feat with a header in a 2-2 draw with Salernitana on Saturday.
Denis Law, Graeme Souness and Aaron Hickey are the other Scots to achieve the impressive feat.

Lewis, son of former Rangers, Hearts and Scotland ace Derek, and nephew of ex-Rangers ace Barry, also scored in a 3-0 win over Sassuolo in November and back-to-back wins over Lecce (2-0) and Monza (2-1) in October.
The Scotland star moved to Italy in July from Aberdeen for an undisclosed fee, and has been a smash hit at Bologna since, prompting rumours of a potential move to Juventus or AC Milan.
