Jet2 has today announced it is expanding to Liverpool John Lennon Airport, operating as many as 54 flights each week from next year.
The new routes will offer even more choice for travellers who would prefer to fly from Liverpool than another UK airport. At the moment, nine airlines are based at Liverpool, offering a variety of destinations.
Currently, travellers can fly directly to a huge 23 countries from the airport.

And from March 2024, Jet2 will operate its routes out of the airport. easyJet and Ryanair are the two largest carriers, though others such as Wizz Air and Blue Air have gained popularity in recent years.
