Hit Netflix show Emily in Paris is expected to return to our screens this week - but what do you remember about the previous season?
The romantic comedy series is set and filmed in Paris, starring Lily Collins as aspiring marketing executive Emily Cooper, an American who moves to France to provide an American point of view to Savoir, a French marketing firm. The show follows Emily as she struggles to succeed in the workplace while searching for love and experiencing a culture clash.
Emily in Paris also stars Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu as Sylvie, Ashley Park as Mindy, Lucas Bravo as Gabriel, Samuel Arnold as Julien, Bruno Gouery as Luc, Camille Razat as Camille, William Abadie as Antoine, and Lucien Laviscount as Alfie.

Five things to remember before watching Emily in Paris season three
- Alfie finds out about Emily’s history with Gabriel. Emily insists it’s all strictly platonic, which is good because Alfie has feelings for her. Emily also promised Camille that she would never be with Gabriel.
- After too much interference from the American office, Sylvie quit Savoir and started her own firm - taking the entire French office with her.
- Mindy’s band takes off and goes viral, which leads to her bandmates finding out she’s not a struggling musician but rather the daughter of billionaire ‘Zipper King’ of China. She’s also been in a romantic relationship with guitarist Benoit, making things much more complicated.
- Alfie proposes that he and Emily should date long distance - which sends Emily running to confess her love to Gabriel, only to find out that he got back together with Camille and asked her to move in.
- Sylvie offered Emily a job at her new firm, meaning Emily would extend her time in Paris. The season left off on a cliffhanger, not knowing where Emily stands with Alfie, Gabriel, Camille or Paris.
Emily in Paris season three UK release date
Emily in Paris season three will arrive on Netflix tomorrow, Wednesday, December 21. The show will land on the UK site at 8am. The season will feature 10 episodes and all of them will be available at once.
