BELOVED Japanese fashion outlet UNIQLO is opening its first-ever Glasgow store in the heart of the city.
The brand is incredibly popular around the globe with only one Scottish location operating on Princes Street in Edinburgh.
With a new store opening in Glasgow, fashion lovers from all over the city will be eager to learn more about this exciting new development.
Where in Glasgow will the new UNIQLO superstore open?
The superstore will be around 22,500 square feet in size and span over two levels.
According to reports, the new store is taking heavy inspiration from the brand's Edinburgh location.
This could see the introduction of services like free alterations on any bottoms over £19.90 as well as an in-store cafe similar to the one on Princes Street.

When will the new UNIQLO store in Glasgow open?
The exact opening date for Glasgow's first UNIQLO store has not yet been revealed, but work on the new location has already been started by Glasgow-based firm A Alexander Group.
Stewart Alexander, managing director of A Alexander Group, said: "We are working with global company Tetris, to deliver this project on a design and build basis which is set to be a terrific addition to Glasgow’s retail offering.
"All the divisions of our business will be involved and we are looking forward to getting started on site."
