It was a terrible start for the United States at the 2023 Ryder Cup at Marco Simone in Italy, with the talented squad going down 4-0 to start the competition.
And there was one thing to blame, if you ask golf fans: The U.S. team’s hats.
Oh, I’m dead serious. I saw a lot of tweets about the hats, one part trucker cap and one part “What is that logo?!” I mostly agree (not about that being the problem for the team, but for the fact that they weren’t great hats).
