Many Liverpool fans were in agreement regarding Trent Alexander-Arnold after the defender struggled once again during the 3-3 draw against Brighton.
Leandro Trossard gave the Seagulls a 2-0 lead inside 18 minutes, with Alexander-Arnold partially to blame for failing to clear initial pressure before slipping and allowing the Belgian time and space to finish. The 23-year-old looked shaky throughout, with Roberto de Zerbi evidently targeting Liverpool's right-hand side.
A brace from Roberto Firmino levelled the score before Adam Webster's own-goal put the home side in the lead, but a third goal from Trossard forced Jurgen Klopp's side to settle for a point. And after the final whistle, many Reds fans had similar opinions on Alexander-Arnold's performance.

Alexander-Arnold's dip in form comes amid an ongoing debate on his place in the England side ahead of the World Cup, which gets underway next month.
Gareth Southgate chose to drop the right-back from his squad for Monday's Nations League game against Germany, a decision which was lambasted by many supporters, with Klopp giving his backing to his player ahead of the weekend.
"It's clear, for me, he's a world-class player and not playing for his country is difficult but it's only because there are others who are pretty good and play for world-class teams as well. So that is how it is and actually it's a rather nice problem to have," Klopp said.
