Four popular menu items will return to McDonald’s tomorrow - and one of them is being made a permanent feature after being a real hit with fast food fans. But it also means we’ll be losing a number of favourites from the ever-rotating list of things to order, too.
Today is the final day you can get your hands on the McDonald’s garlic cheese bites, Aero McFlurry and the Big Tasty or Big Tasty with Bacon.
But fear not, foodies, because there’s a raft of exciting additions being switched in that will satisfy your McDonald’s cravings.

For the next six weeks only, those looking for a quick and convenient meal will be able to order the Grand Big Mac or Grand Big Mac with Bacon with Chilli Cheese bites replacing the garlic variety, and the Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry and Galaxy Caramel McFlurry to finish everything off.
Differing from the classic Big Mac, the Grand Big Mac is made of two 100 per cent beef patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, onion and pickles and Big Mac sauce in a sesame topped bun, just larger than the original burger. There’s also, of course, the option to add bacon.
And the Chilli Cheese bites aren’t the only item bringing the heat to the fast food chain this month, as - back by popular demand - the McSpicy is returning, and this time, it’s permanent.
McSpicy first dropped onto the McDonald’s roster in 2021 and was immediately stamped with celeb approval, featuring in AJ Tracey’s music video for the hit single, Summertime Shootout. Fans went wild for the burger sold out nationwide in just over two weeks when it initially debuted.
Commenting on the return of McSpicy, AJ said: “As someone from the Caribbean, for me, McSpicy is the first actually spicy burger. It's something we embrace and we love, so it's just really nice to be honest. McSpicy is here to stay permanently!"
The burger features a spicy chicken breast fillet topped with crunchy lettuce and mayo between toasted sesame seed buns – and it’s a sure-fire hit for fans nationwide who have flooded McDonald’s social channels demanding the return of this much-loved menu item.
The McSpicy burger will be on sale in stores from February 15 for £4.79 on its own, or £6.29 as an extra-value meal. Meanwhile the Grand Big Mac will be priced at £4.89 or £5.69 with bacon, or £6.49 and £7.29 as meals respectively.
Chilli Cheese Bites will cost £2.29 for a single portion, with a sharebox costing £6.29, and McFlurries will cost £1.99 for a regular or £1.49 for a mini size.
