Everton have sent scouts to watch Benfica star Florentino Luis as the Blues 'are in love' with the midfielder, according to reports.
The Blues failed to bring in any reinforcements in the January transfer window, but new boss Sean Dyche has worked wonders by recording two wins from three games.
Despite Dyche's magic so far, Everton need new signings in the summer and the Portuguese midfielder has apparently caught the eye of the Blues hierarchy.

Everton scouts were at Benfica's Champions League win over Club Brugge last week, according to Record (via Sport Witness).
The Blues took ‘very positive notes’ from what they saw of the 23-year-old, who has a €120m (£106m) release clause included in his terms.
Benfica reportedly have no intention of selling their star after allowing Enzo Fernandez to leave for Chelsea on deadline day.
Liverpool are also rumoured to be interested in the 23-year-old as they look for reinforcements of their own in the coming summer window.
