Everton's Premier League fate boils down to six key survival questions

Everton face Bournemouth in their game of the season knowing Premier League survival is in their own hands.

After 37 matches in which the Blues have won seven, drawn 12 and lost 18 victory against the Cherries will safeguard their top-flight status ahead of Leicester City and Leeds United.

But will the Blues hold their nerve on what is set to be a tense Sunday afternoon at Goodison Park and beat the drop? Who should start in attack if Dominic Calvert-Lewin isn't fit?

We want to know your answer to these questions, and four others, in our special Everton survival poll below:

Blues boss Sean Dyche has called on his players to keep their "firm mentality" and ensure they are not relying on results elsewhere to stay up.

Dyche said: "The main thing for me is the mentality. I can’t enhance on that enough. It’s within us to take care of ourselves, and that’s what we’re going to do."

"The players were clear-minded [against Wolves] and they just kept going and going. We got what could be a big point, but we’ve got to reinforce that by going again this week."

Dyche underlined the important role that the Everton fans will have in creating a special atmosphere at Goodison to help the players go on and complete the job.

"When I became manager here, we wanted to connect with the fans. We wanted an on-pitch connection," Dyche explained.

"I think they’re seeing everyone, from myself, the staff and the players, giving their lot. We’ve made some mistakes along the way, but I don’t think it’s a lack of effort.

"I think the commitment to the cause is evident, and the fans are playing their part. That’s the connection we want, and we’ll need that connection at home this week."
