Everton's pre-season preparations continued overnight with a 4-0 defeat to Major League Soccer side Minnesota United.
It's been a quiet summer so far in terms of transfers at Goodison Park, with just one major outgoing in Richarlison and one new signing in James Tarkowski, and the performance against Minnesota underlined why Blues boss Frank Lampard needs to strengthen his squad before the new season kicks off next month.
And, on that front, here's a round-up of all the latest Everton transfer news and rumours from around the globe.
Who?
Ross Barkley
Where?
What?
Everton have been 'offered' Chelsea outcast Ross Barkley as the London club look to get the midfielder off their wage bill, a new report has claim.
The 28-year-old came through the academy at Everton before he was eventually sold to Chelsea in 2018. Now, if this report is anything to go by, he could return to Goodison.
CBS journalist Ben Jacobs says Frank Lampard believes Barkley still has 'huge potential' and both the Blues and Aston Villa have been 'offered' the chance to sign him.
Who?
Emmanuel Dennis
Where?
What?
Nottingham Forest are the latest club to join the race for sought-after Watford winger Emmanuel Dennis.
The Daily Mail suggest the Premier League newcomers are 'exploring' a deal for the 24-year-old, but will need to fork out around £25m for his signature. Both Everton and Villarreal have also been linked with Dennis in recent times.
However, following the departure of Richarlison, a report from The Athletic says the Blues are not currently pursuing a move for Dennis as they have their eyes on other targets.
Who?
Kim Min-jae
Where?
What?
Napoli 'lead the race' for rumoured Everton target Kim Min-jae.
The Blues have been linked with the defender and rumours have resurfaced this summer as he looks set to depart Fenerbahce. Italian outlet Corriere Dello Sport say both Everton and Rennes are interested in Min-jae, but Napoli are his most likely destination at the moment.
The report says the Serie A club will be able to meet his €20m release clause and they're in 'regular contact' with Min-jae's representatives.
