'Midfield a big dilemma'
Chris Beesley: Midfield is the big dilemma for new manager Frank Lampard as he picks the team for his first game as Everton manager.
Deadline day signings Donny van de Beek and Dele Alli are - along with Anwar El Ghazi - cup-tied so the Blues boss could be forgiven considering a comeback himself in the centre of the park!
Given that Lampard might struggle to find three players for the engine room, that might force his hand in terms of formation and ensure he goes 4-2-3-1 unless of course he fancies promoting either teenager Tyler Onyango or the lesser-spotted Jean-Philippe Gbamin to the starting line-up.

With Dominic Calvert-Lewin out, Lampard might be tempted to go with Venezuela hat-trick hero Salomon Rondon up top but in truth, Brentford's defence are probably more resolute than Bolivia's so he'd do well to let Richarlison lead the line.
At the other end, I know Asmir Begovic made some impressive saves in the previous round at Hull City but I don't go along with this cup keepers nonsense - this isn't the Under-8s where you're obliged to give everyone a game - play your strongest possible side.
My team (4-2-3-1): Pickford; Patterson, Mykolenko, Godfrey, Mina; Allan, Gomes; Townsend, Gray, Gordon; Richarlison.
'Dobbin leads the line'
Connor O'Neill: All eyes will be on Frank Lampard and what team he selects for his first Everton game this afternoon.
Jordan Pickord will no doubt start in goal, while Yerry Mina should start alongside Ben Godfrey at the heart of the Blues’ defence.
Nathan Patterson should also come in a right-back for his first start for the club, with Vitalii Mykolenko at left-back.
Allan and Andre Gomes should start in the middle, with Demarai Gray operating in front of them.
Andros Townsend should start on the right, Richarlison should be given the nod on the left, and Lewis Dobbin should lead the line.
My team (4-2-3-1): Pickford; Patterson, Mina, Godfrey, Mykolenko; Allan, Gomes; Townsend, Gray, Richarlison; Dobbin.
'No true look at Lampard's team'
Joe Rimmer: Whatever happens today, we know this won't be a true look at Frank Lampard's Everton.
But Everton simply must stay in the FA Cup to give him something to aim for this season.
The new boss is without deadline day signings Dele Alli and Donny van de Beek due to them being cup tied, with Anwar El Ghazi another who cannot play.
So it looks like he's going to have to keep the 4-2-3-1 formation and play Allan and Andre Gomes in midfield. I'd go with Richarlison up top and give both new full-backs a chance to shine.
My team (4-2-3-1): Pickford; Patterson, Mykolenko, Godfrey, Mina; Allan, Gomes; Townsend, Gray, Gordon; Richarlison.
