After dramatically securing their Premier League status at the end of last season, the summer of 2023 is crucial for the Blues as they look to avoid a third successive relegation battle.
But where do Everton need to put their money during this transfer window? And which players might leave the club?
While the Blues are yet to make any moves, there are plenty of rumours circling as manager Sean Dyche targets new recruits in key areas such at attack, full-back and possibly centre-back.
In terms of potential outgoings, Amadou Onana and Jordan Pickford are also making headlines as links to other top flight sides crop up.

As Joe Thomas reported this morning, goalkeeper Pickford remains settled at Everton. But links to both Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have intensified in the national media since the end of the campaign.
Onana, meanwhile, is said to be attracting attention from Chelsea and Arsenal. Whether Everton would be open to selling the midfielder remains to be seen.
Speaking just minutes after the Blues beat Bournemouth on the final day of the season, Dyche gave a refreshingly honest take on the outlook for summer.
Asked whether he thought he would have to sell prized assets to fund a rebuild, the boss said: “There's a chance. I'll find out about that. There's not been any depth, there have been peripheral talks based on ifs, buts and maybes. But that will come over the coming weeks when we find out the truth of what we have got, what we can do, what we can't do."
