Everton confirm major new stadium development as exciting prediction revealed
Everton have confirmed that another milestone in the building of the club’s new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock has been hit.
The Blues have revealed that the first section of roof truss has been hoisted into place in the South Stand. The move comes a week after the initial lift in the North Stand was completed.

The 100-tonne steel section – the first segment of three separate trusses that will span across the stand – was bolted into the South West corner on Tuesday morning, with the club’s construction partners, Laing O’Rourke, taking advantage of the fine early morning weather to complete the installation.
In total, there are two full span roof trusses to be installed in the North Stand and three in the South. Each completed truss is made up of three pre-assembled pieces, constructed and painted pitchside before being lifted into place.

Ashley Cole explains what Everton are working on in Australia
Everton’s players need to fight for their places and return to “the fundamentals” as the squad attempts to get back on track in the Premier League, according to Ashley Cole.
Blues first-team coach Cole believes the World Cup break came at a good time for Frank Lampard's side after a disappointing final week in which they lost twice in the Premier League and were knocked out of the Carabao Cup.
Speaking to the ECHO in Sydney, beneath the city’s iconic Harbour Bridge, the former Arsenal, Chester and England left-back said the trip to Australia had been a positive experience for the players and stressed important work had been done. He also spoke of the value of the fan engagement opportunities that had given supporters Down Under a chance to connect with the current coaching team and squad.
