Everton agree £60m Richarlison transfer with Tottenham Hotspur as deal explained

Everton have given Richarlison the green light to seal a move to Tottenham Hotspur with the deal having been reached late on Wednesday night. The ECHO understands the two clubs have agreed a £60million package for the 25-year-old, a small amount of which will be performance related.

The Brazilian international has been back home in South America and his medical could take place overseas rather than him having to return to the UK immediately to seal the transfer. The ECHO understands that there will be no other players directly involved in any part-exchange with Everton insisting on a straight cash offer.

Everton have been in separate negotiations with Tottenham Hotspur over Harry Winks and the Blues remain his only transfer option at present with Goodison Park chiefs preferring the option of a loan deal rather than permanent switch. It is also understood that Antonio Conte’s side retain their interest in Anthony Gordon but Everton are not interested in selling the 21-year-old, who only became a first-team regular over the past season and the home-grown hero would not try and force through a move.
