Steve Cooper's future at the City Ground a few months ago looked uncertain following Nottingham Forest's difficult start to the season - but they have now reached a critical turning point.
Forest have since turned a corner under Cooper, and it is thanks to owner Evangelos Marinakis for giving the Welshman more time to do his job. After 23 signings in the summer, the squad took time to gel together and Cooper had come under pressure.
However, since putting pen-to-paper on fresh terms until 2025 last month, Forest appear to have reached a much needed turning point and are off the bottom of the Premier League after a 1-0 defeat of Crystal Palace.

Here is what the Reds faithful think...
SimpsonsNFFC: "We looked dead and buried a month ago. Credit to Steve Cooper the coaching staff and the players for digging in and turning it around. Credit to the club for backing him when it would have been the easy thing to sack him. He has got to be manager of the month - what a turn around in form."
Jamie: "My gaffer. Unconditional love for this man for what he's done to/for my football club. Steve Cooper. He just gets it."
Richard Whitbread: "Two words needed: Steve Cooper."
